MANILA, Philippines — The controversial Konektadong Pinoy Bill has lapsed into law, Malacañang confirmed on Sunday.
The confirmation was made by Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Undersecretary and Palace Press Officer Claire Castro in a text message to reporters.
